They're tired of all of this b.s. They're about to divorce Iraq! A secession vote is imminent or so it seems.
This time they're talking about making the vote binding! Secede from Iraq and deal with the consequences of the secession accordingly. Personally, I don't understand how the Iraqi guv'ment could even begin to think they have some sort of control over the Kurds. Let them have their Kurdistan back.
Either way, Turkey ain't going to like the very idea of this... not at all.
Time will tell.
