California Loses More Jobs!

Weatherby Firearms is moving its company out of California taking at least seventy to ninety skilled workers with them. It seems California's continued hate and dissing of the firearms industry coupled with their outlandish "smart gun" requirements and their push towards socialism has created an untenable situation for anyone who's even remotely associated with the manufacture of firearms in the socialist republic of Califonicatia.

So, given the options Weatherby is saying "adios" California. Good luck with your new culture, citizens. Weatherby's moving to Wyoming, a real state that comprises our union.

California's loss is, well everyone else's gain. No doubt Weatherby will keep their quality at the highest levels but the guns most likely won't be increasing in price simply because there will be no California mandates imposed and they'll be safer to employ, if necessary.

National Football League Continues To Whine

Personally, I could care less about the current NFL woes but they're continuing to whine even after they had an opportunity to right the ship so I thought I'd toss this out here. If for no other reason but the fact that it amuses me and satisfies me. It's comforting to know that the NFL is having problems. They had an opportunity several times throughout this past season to fix the mess they made, repair the rift they created with their fan base yet they opted to "hang in there" with the prim-donna millionaire "athletes". I even held out for Jerry Jones doing the right thing but when I saw him take that knee in the news, well I had enough, more than enough!


Here's hoping the league goes into a bankruptcy situation and never returns.


I quit watching their games during pre-season and haven't watched anything since nor will I watch any of their theatrics ever again. I've found a real life outside of wasting my time watching "professional" sports whiners.


Go To Hell NFL! They can kiss my arse! God and Family, veterans and country, law enforcement and firefighters are way up the ladder before those whining NFL fools are even considered "important" in my life.

Speaking of Germany... STASI!

East Germany's STASI? Does it ring a bell? Think post World War II, Cold War, think East Germany! Are they back in full swing? It might appear so or at least it might appear they're trying their best to return to the old ways of the Secret Police/Secret Service of the East German bloc and renewing those tactics, that ultra-violent, corrupt "police force" under Merkel's rule, at least.

Germany's Sliding Into The Abyss!

If you don't do anything else at least read the article I've linked this post! Pay particular attention to the chronological survey of some of the main stories about Islam and Islamism in Germany during the second half of 2017 including following the link to "part one" that I posted previously on this blog that was written by Soeren Kern.

I'm concerned and you should be too.

Since the EU, Germany in particular have opened their arms and invited the THOUSANDS of Middle East REFUGEES into Europe they've noticed some serious challenges relating to assimilation by those "refugees". Merkel and Germany in particular have been embracing and going out of their way to accommodate their most recent "refugee" arrivals... middle east muslims.

There appears to be no reasonable, peaceful way of reversing, let alone slowing Germany's transition from the independent, somewhat peaceful European nation it used to be after their defeat in World War II to the islamic caliphate Merkel and friends are urging it to become.

Germany, like France, Great Britain and many more European nations is well on it's way to becoming an integral part of the "European Caliphate"... or so it seems.

POTUS and those Palestinians...

He seems to be at wits end with them and their lies, their rhetoric. He's finally offered up a "crap or get off the pot" solution re: their feigned support for peace in the Middle East. Our POTUS Trump is looking to withhold our financial "support" for them that was previously offered and agreed to (conditionally).

I never really could understand why our country, our politicos chose to create an "embassy" of sorts in our country for a terrorist organization and officially recognize its existence. Either way, our POTUS Trump has recognized that the Palestinian Authority (PA), via the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) are wanting their cake and wanting to eat it too. And of course, they've come to expect it having been spoon fed it for so many years. But our POTUS Trump seems to have different plans. He's wanting the Palestinians show a bit of respect to the United States and wants them to commit to peace or the money thing won't be happening.

I'm betting that obama fellow and those folks in that democrat party aren't going to be too happy with this latest revelation.

Yet another wrong being corrected! Thank you President Trump.

Bottom line, "Commit to peace, show respect and we'll help you out"... there's absolutely nothing wrong with that!

Sessions! Just Shut Up And Do It!

Once again we hear Sessions and the Trump administration rattle that darned "illegal immigrant" sword and thump their chests. Remember those laws, that Bill of Rights, that Constitution and those Amendment things that some pretty dad-gummed "wiser than us" fellows wrote back in the 1700's? Those laws that several others have tweaked since, remember them? I always thought they were and still are pretty simple, common sense laws. They're matter of fact, they're logical, they're succinct and they were written to protect us, the citizens of this MIGHTY FINE United States of America, our republic. So enforce the darned things! Quit posturing! Grow a pair, dammit!

Here's a note contributed to the discussion of the post by Lonney L. Sennet following the referenced article above relating to illegal immigration:

Regarding Mr. Sennet's post, I think it's spot on! We need to enforce the laws that are already in the books, we need to hold accountable those who violate our laws for the benefit of their political interests/beliefs. If any of us were to harbor, aid, abet any illegal alien to the level these politicos are aiding and abetting them in their "sanctuary cities/states" we'd be imprisoned. It's a simple fact!

A.G. Jeff Sessions, shut up and make it happen. Do something about the illegal harboring, the aiding and abetting of.. well... illegals! Shut up and enforce the darned law! Trudeau- Daesh's Bitch!

Trudeau has, by choice offered himself and as long as he's in "office" Canada up to the way of Islam and in particular the ways of daesh. Personally, I don't see any distinction between "islam", "daesh", "radical islam", "muslim", "ISIS", "ISIL", etc. I simply see this cult of islam running rampant throughout the world for centuries demanding acceptance of their ways, their "rights", their "privileges" afforded to them by their "religion" or die attitude, yet I don't see anything in return other than hatred, violence, death, maiming, insults, etc.

And the Canadian mooslum enabler Trudeau is being told by his handlers, those who he thinks he's in control of... muslims, he has been served notice by them that he is to designate January 29 as Canada's "National Day of Remembrance and Action on Islamophobia." an official holiday or some stupid thing.

C'mon friends, give us a break! Wake up before Canada becomes the foothold of a North American Caliphate, if it isn't already. My friends to the north, Canada! Your ignorance is not bliss... you know what the problem is you just won't face it and tend to it!

If you want to read a bit more about islam, this suggested "Religion Of Peace" take a peak at one of their latest rants where, globally their representatives announce "Oh, You Cross Worshippers, We'll Kill You All!". I fail to see any peace message in their messages.

Second Amendment Rights Being Debated In Washington State!

There are five bill proposals being "discussed" in the Washington State Judiciary Committee on January 25, 2018!

Here's the link to the information. Make sure you contact your representative, senator and any other politico or wannabe politico to let them know we do not want nor will we tolerate them tampering with our second amendment rights.

In a nutshell, from the article...

House Bill 1387, sponsored by Representative Laurie Jinkins (D-27), would impose a registration-licensing system on commonly owned semi-automatic firearms and standard-capacity ammunition magazines that bill proponents label as “assault weapons” and “large-capacity magazines” (LCM). House Bill 2422, sponsored by Representative Strom Peterson (D-21), is yet another bill targeting so-called “Large Capacity Magazines” and would prohibit the possession of ammunition magazines holding ten or more rounds, with limited exceptions. House Bill 2519, sponsored by Representative John Lovick (D-44), which would require law enforcement agencies, prior to returning a surrendered or impounded concealed pistol license, to verify licensee’s eligibility to possess firearms and a CPL license. (Go to the link and read more)!

A note on HB2519 that's sponsored by Representative John Lovick (D-44). The description suggests that law enforcement agencies be require, "prior to returning a surrendered or impounded concealed pistol license, to verify licensee’s eligibility to possess firearms AND a CPL license."  I emphasized AND in my post to ensure the reader knows that the return of the firearm to the rightful owner would only be legal if the owner was "eligible" (whatever the hell that means) to possess the firearms they confiscated from him/her AND that the established owner was "eligible" to possess a Concealed Pistol License (CPL) whether we wanted a CPL or not. There is no requirement in the second amendment for any of us to possess a concealed pistol license (CPL) of which the eligibility of such license is determined by the state, not by our constitution. Given this particular proposal, the "eligibility" to be assigned by the local "law enforcement" dilutes our constitutional rights even more. Our layered government interprets and makes decisions that are influenced and based on their particular "level" of enforcement/interpretation, not necessarily on our constitutionally assigned rights as United States Citizens.

There is no requirement in the United States Constitution for me to be "eligible" to possess a Concealed Pistol License! I personally believe I have a right to constitutional carry a concealed firearm without purchasing a concealed carry permit sold to me by the state of Washington via the local gendarmes.

I have carried a firearm concealed for decades. Enforce the laws on the books, don't create new ones, modify old ones to regulate our rights towards what the government "believes" is right for the government. There's more than enough laws on the books that can, if interpreted properly be enforced without the creation of new and more restraining laws and rules.

But, don't get me going on state "rules".

DACA! Plain and Simple!

Remember that DACA thing? This is the latest version that includes the 01/12/2018 update. At least it's a start and it might be something to look forward to provided our politicos quit playing politics and get serious about serving us, the citizens that elected them into office.

Here's some highlights from the linked article...

• Eliminates the Visa Lottery green card program
• Eliminates Chain Migration and creates a renewable temporary visa for parents of citizens to unite families at no cost to taxpayers
• Reduces legal immigration levels by about 260,000 a year – a decrease of about 25%

• Sends additional ICE agents to more high-risk embassies overseas to vet visitors and
• immigrants
• Provides additional technology, roads and other tactical infrastructure to secure the border
• Adds 5,000 Border Patrol Agents and 5,000 CBP Officers
• Requires full implementation of the biometric entry/exit system at all air, land, and sea ports of entry
• Makes E-Verify Mandatory for all employers
• Authorizes the Department of Justice to withhold law enforcement grants from sanctuary cities
• Allows DHS to detain dangerous illegal immigrants who cannot be removed
• Reduces asylum fraud by tightening the “credible fear” standard to root out frivolous claims and increases penalties for fraud/terminates asylum for individuals who voluntarily return home
• Grants amnesty to DACA recipients by issuing a 3-year renewable visa with work permit

And here's today's update relating to the "progress" of this piece of legislation after some politicos reviewed the "gang of six" proposal. This "update" fails to address our POTUS Trump's priorities relating to immigration..

Given that, it appears there's still a lot of politicking to do. Given that Flake's involved I'm imagining it's going to take a long time. Flake doesn't seem to accept the fact that most of us Americans want our borders secured and our immigration properly regulated. I'm hoping he rethinks his departure plans and leaves earlier than expected. But I doubt that will ever happen.

"The proposal, presented by Sens. Durbin (D-Ill.), Flake (R-Ariz.), and Graham (R-S.C.) would not strengthen border security or interior enforcement, fails to end Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery, and would grant amnesty, not only to previous DACA recipients, but to all Dreamers and their parents as well."

And yet another failed, self serving stab at open door immigration supported by Flake, Graham and Durbin.

"Returning" to Politics In 2018?

That failed POS-exPOTUS Obama can say what he wants but it's obvious the fool never left his hapless attempt at politics. It appears to me he's trying to announce to the world that he's ready to step back into the arena and throw his tight fitting, self loving hat into many liberal politico candidate rings in preparation for the 2018 elections.

Personally, I hope he does!

During Obummer's horribly inept two terms as our failed POTUS the "Republicans gained 14 governor seats, 15 US Senate seats, 68 US House seats and more than 1400 state legislative seats. Since then, the demos won one (Ala) US Senate seat back. Oh yes, the demo party has lost .02% of their party's moderate membership to the Independent groups, who are now voting Republican." Now that's a great record to toss out there, if you're a Republican.

If I were a democrat I'd be fighting suicidal thoughts right about now. Obama must have a pretty sparkling image of himself. It's painfully obvious to the rest of us, those who can see the truth through the smoke and mirrors that Obama's a blight on his precious democrats, liberal minions. His endorsement is the kiss of death to a wannabe politico.

But then again his golf game has improved, or so I read somewhere.

This "Professor" Has Problems..

Nothing that his beloved allah can't cure I guess.

Daniel Mashburn, a Tarrant County College Astronomy "professor" shocked several of his students today when he showed up for his lecture at the local college campus. It seems he kind of went off the deep end with his good ol' Allah bullshat! But then again, "deep end"... it's all in the translation and a matter of perspective.

To him I imagine he sees no wrong with his gibberish and odd behavior but I clearly fail to see the connection he makes regarding the cult of islam and Astronomy, the subject he should be teaching, not preaching. It's time for Mashburn to turn in his sanity card and let those college students get a real Astronomy education from a real Astronomy professor, not an allah-babba babbler.

The bottom line is that he certainly scared some of them off and he certainly caught the interest of the local police.

Perhaps better "vetting" of  "professors" is need at that particular institution.

(FYI: Tarrant County College has several campuses in the Fort Worth, Texas area from what I've found on their main website. It was not clear which campus this particular incident too place at.)

EVIL LIVES! For now anyways. In the heart and soul of Luis Bracamontes. Here's hoping the jury does what's right and California puts this maggot on a fast track to hell!

In 2014 a twice deported illegal alien killed two deputy sheriffs in cold blood and wounded another deputy. Now the cop killer is standing trial in one of California's "courts". Bracamontes doesn't care. He's pure evil. He's laughing, mocking, intimidating and taunting the jurors, the prosecutors, the judge and the witnesses and bystanders in court. He told those who were in court during this particular California trial "I will break out soon and I will kill more!" as his court appointed attorney argued for another review of his clients mental capacity.

"The charges against Bracamontes include the murders of both deputies, wounding a third deputy and shooting a fourth person in the head to steal his vehicle."

The judge wouldn't have any of Bracamontes' outbursts nor of the maggot's court appointed attorney's plea for additional mental evaluations.

“We believe these outbursts and the inappropriate laughter are part of the mental illness that we talked about earlier,” Bracamontes' attorney told the judge after Bracamontes let loose with his outbursts and the attorney requested an additional competency review. 

The judge immediately denied the motion, telling the attorney “He is not incompetent to stand trial,”

Undoubtedly, the coward Luis Bracamontes will stand trial. Unfortunately, I believe the death penalty, if he gets it will never be carried out as long as Jerry Brown's still occupying the governor's office. Nope, Brown will cater and continue to KowTow to Bracamontes and his ilk.

Hopefully Bracamontes' wife Janelle Monroy will be spending the rest of her life in prison as well.

73% of U.S. Terrorist convicts are Foreign Born!

Go figure. Like I had to be told that. Actually, I'm surprised it's not more than 73 percent but then again the figures have to meet a bi-partisan muster and the massaging of the math has to take place before any of these numbers become officially "official" with end notes and qualifying comments of course.

But, here it is in the Washington Times in all of its glory. At least 73% of all terrorist convicts in the United States of America (all that we know of anyways) were born elsewhere, as in "not born in" the United States of America! Hence, it can be argued that at least 73% of all terrorists convicts in the United States of America are foreign terrorists that brought here or are foreign "visitors" or "immigrants" serving time for terrorist acts.

Washington State Legislators Move Forward re: CPL Information

Washington State's legislature is considering a bill that would prohibit the release of personal information, along with any supporting documentation, from public disclosure for those of us who have a state issued concealed pistol license (CPL). You can get in on the discussion here.

If you have any questions or want to offer input to your state legislator then by all means, contact him/her. Let your voice be heard.

This propose legislation would provide the same right to privacy protection that's been afforded to other Washington residents over the years who have a library card or a bus user authorization pass.

George Soros Is Dying To Kill Us

No, literally he is. Or at least dying to destroy our country, our government as he knows it before he dies. He wants to see his dream come true. His global community is and has been up and running for decades, hellbent on bringing America, "The West" to our knees. And he's just tossed billions of dollars into the global pot to overthrow our republic. Reportedly eighteen billion dollars.

Antifa and the Southern Poverty Law Center are a couple of the beneficiaries of Soros' "Open Society Foundation", a foundation whose sole purpose is to bring down western freedoms, policies!

American Grocery Stores and the USSR

I borrowed this piece from Joe For America.

As documented in a biography about Boris Yeltsin that was written by Leon Aron in 2000, the difference between capitalism and communism/socialism became painfully clear. Here's some limited details of a 1989 stop at a Randall's Grocery store in Houston, Texas by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union member, Boris Yeltsin that changed the USSR for good.

If Boris Yeltsin, a one time devout communist could recognized the difference between socialism, communism and capitalism from one visit to a typical grocery store in the United States then why can't the rest of us?!

Our card carrying, chest thumping, die in the wool American communists and socialists have absolutely no idea what they're asking for, what they're demanding. They want their cake and they want to eat it too. You can't have both. As the article linked to above suggests, Boris Yeltsin saw the difference up front and personal and returned to his Soviet Union to effect changes that would positively affect everyone. Or so he hoped.

And they did. That one visit to that one Texas store in 1989 changed the world forever.

Facebook Is Not Impartial...

They can say what they want but Facebook will not provide an impartial venue for its users/readers. Over the past decade at least I've been on Facebook three times with three separate accounts and I've been "banned" from keeping those three Farcebook open after several years of sharing information with my followers.

Facebook is anything but "impartial". The editors/overseers will allow anti-Semitism, anti-Christian rhetoric until the cows come home but if anyone dares sharing pre-published, legitimate information on Farcebook that dares run contrary to their precious cult of islam, Facebook and their cultish daesh followers will ban you in a heartbeat, or so it seems.

Facebook makes no bones about it, they favor Islamic blasphemy laws over all others. They're okay with bad mouthing Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, etc. but heaven forbid... do not badmouth the cult of islam on Farcebook. You'll be banned.

I guess it could be successfully argued that facebook is in bed with islam or they're just scared to death of the cult. Either way, they bowed and still bow to the pressure of their Islamic brethren.

The problem with islam and farcebook seems to be their perception of "reality". It's most definitely biased in favor of islam. If that's the case then why would islam and farcebook be professing the Koran as the "holy book" of islam when even the Koran favors the Jews and Jerusalem at least.

Ah, but they evidently overlooked that part of the equation. Selective enforcement, selective interpretation by daesh and farcebook. Selective in favor of their lies, deceit... nothing more.

Our Northern Neighbors And Jihad... Trudeau's Catering To Their Cause!

Canada's Trudeau has been spoon feeding and Kow-Towing to radical islam for at least nine years now, and counting. When he was in parliament he was a proponent for more "immigration" from the radical muslim sectors of the world and encouraged jihadists and non-jihadists alike to make Canada their new home. He went on to tell them he shared their beliefs, their sets of values and even went so far as to say he shared their "vision". As a member of the Canadian Parliament Trudeau told the Montreal-based newspaper Sada al-Mashrek, a newspaper that is known to be "Khomeneist in nature and supports Iran (as well as Hezbollah)" that he would "have a special immigration program that was more open to Muslims and Arabs."

Trudeau has openly established he is a major North American enabler for jihadists and Islamist extremists throughout the world. His encouragement of jihadist immigration to North America is testament to that claim.

Nope, though the fine people of Canada are, by the very design of their votes caught in the jihadist crossfire! They need to realize they'll soon be in the gunsights of those very jihadists  their Prime Minister is openly inviting into their country.

And it's not going to be pretty.

Here's a great breakdown that was provided to me via email from a good friend. I wouldn't have caught it otherwise.

He read it and sent it along. It's from The Patriot Factor and in spite of everything you've read or heard from the left and the RINOs that's anti the bill it has a helluva lot of positives to it. So here's a breakdown of the truths of the bill in all of its glory!

Washington State's Proposed Gun Control Legislation...

Washington State Democrats are really running with the proposed anti-gun legislation in Washington State this year, AGAIN.

State Senator David Frockt, State Representatives Strom Peterson, Laurie Jinkins, Ruth Kagi and State Senator Kevin Van De Wege, to name a few are "all in" for controlling our second amendment rights, for restricting our access to firearms, for limiting our options relating to personal defense.

Frockt is sponsoring four of the five bills that have been forwarded for review. Bills that are designed to make our second amendment rights more difficult to exercise and certainly sacrifice some of our personal safety and liberties for what purpose? It won't make the streets safer. We've already established that globally. When the good guys can't get access to firearms the bad guys will win the day.

I suggest we adequately and aggressively enforce the laws we already have on the books rather than create new laws that infringe on our liberties. It's painfully obvious to me that the democrats in the State of Washington insist on sacrificing our safety in favor of  political gain.

Why? Why is it that the democrats, the left insist on taking our second amendment rights away from us law abiding citizens? Why is it that the democrats, the leftists insist on removing our defenses against intruders, assailants? What's their agenda?

It's about control. It's a global thing.

Another Anti Gun, Bloomberg failure

Or should I say SUCCESS!

It seems awhile ago the anti-gun folks enlisted Bloomberg's influence and money to prove guns can be purchased illegally online if the left is given notice ahead of time by Bloomberg's minions. But a more recent government study arrived at somewhat different results.

The government study that was the "brain child of the "Government Accountability Office (GAO) report -- “Internet Firearm Sales: ATF Enforcement Efforts and Outcomes of GAO Covert Testing” – "was commissioned by three staunchly anti-gun members of Congress. Leading the charge was Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, who was joined by Sens. Brian Schatz (D-HI) and (Pocahontas) Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)" and was designed to torpedo online gun sales in this country, at least. This study included several years of undercover "buyers" who were directed to purchase guns online simply to show our "out of control gun peddlers" will sell to anyone at any price. It also suggested much different results than those arrived at by Bloomberg's bought and paid for "study". Much different results. But then again, it goes to show when you pay out the money for information you get the results you paid for and expected if you're Michael Bloomberg, et. al.

Here's the results of the long and costly government study that was prompted by Bloomberg's study results.

In the end it revealed there was a 100.00 per cent success rate relating to the government study. The "investigation" revealed the same results each time the undercover agent "purchasers" attempted to place an order.

Speaking Of California and Immigration...

It looks like Jerry Brown and his ilk have succeeded in crossing that federal immigration "no cross" line AGAIN!

This time it got the ire of Customs Enforcement Director Thomas Homan.

Yeah, Brown's all about protecting the illegals in his state and to Hell with those who are citizens and are already registered to vote. It's just more of the same re: the democrat rush to get new voters. Given this most recent "in your face" moment by Jerry Brown and California one can hardly overlook the next situation including increased trade and political involvement with China. I've thought for quite some time that California, Jerry Brown, et.al. in particular are actually flirting with the thoughts of achieving a separation from our nation, becoming an "independent" nation, of sorts. That way they can let in all of the illegals they want to let in and they can deal with all of the communist countries they want to deal with over time. Just don't come running back to us and don't complain about the wall.

Personally, I'd call it treason but if they're going to take the ultra liberal route I'm okay with that separation. Brown and communism seems to be synonymous.

A California TRAVESTY, again

The family, friends... those who knew and loved Kate Stenlie can be assured that the state of California and those illegals inhabiting California have gone "all in" against the enforcement of our national borders and laws. A California jury and that state's legal system has blatantly condoned the murder of yet another innocent citizen who was simply enjoying a day in her life with her family and friends!

The fact that 45-year-old Jose Garcia-Zarate, an illegal from Mexico who's been "deported" repeatedly over the years for crimes committed in our country shot and killed Kate Stenlie in front of her father on a beautiful San Francisco day... the fact that this Garcia-Zarate maggot can be given "credit for time served" two years later is beyond justice!

The Federal folks have their hold on him. He'll most likely be held until he's deported back to Mexico, again! But what then? He'll be back! Californians embrace these "victims" of our "oppression", our "imperialism". Besides, there's too much money to be made up here in the drug and sex trades and California's nothing more than a petri dish of illegals.

Nope, we won't see the last of this murderer, Jose Garcia-Zarate. I just hope he gets his due justice in the end.
