In 2014 a twice deported illegal alien killed two deputy sheriffs in cold blood and wounded another deputy. Now the cop killer is standing trial in one of California's "courts". Bracamontes doesn't care. He's pure evil. He's laughing, mocking, intimidating and taunting the jurors, the prosecutors, the judge and the witnesses and bystanders in court. He told those who were in court during this particular California trial "I will break out soon and I will kill more!" as his court appointed attorney argued for another review of his clients mental capacity.

"The charges against Bracamontes include the murders of both deputies, wounding a third deputy and shooting a fourth person in the head to steal his vehicle."

The judge wouldn't have any of Bracamontes' outbursts nor of the maggot's court appointed attorney's plea for additional mental evaluations.

“We believe these outbursts and the inappropriate laughter are part of the mental illness that we talked about earlier,” Bracamontes' attorney told the judge after Bracamontes let loose with his outbursts and the attorney requested an additional competency review. 

The judge immediately denied the motion, telling the attorney “He is not incompetent to stand trial,”

Undoubtedly, the coward Luis Bracamontes will stand trial. Unfortunately, I believe the death penalty, if he gets it will never be carried out as long as Jerry Brown's still occupying the governor's office. Nope, Brown will cater and continue to KowTow to Bracamontes and his ilk.

Hopefully Bracamontes' wife Janelle Monroy will be spending the rest of her life in prison as well.

A California TRAVESTY, again

The family, friends... those who knew and loved Kate Stenlie can be assured that the state of California and those illegals inhabiting California have gone "all in" against the enforcement of our national borders and laws. A California jury and that state's legal system has blatantly condoned the murder of yet another innocent citizen who was simply enjoying a day in her life with her family and friends!

The fact that 45-year-old Jose Garcia-Zarate, an illegal from Mexico who's been "deported" repeatedly over the years for crimes committed in our country shot and killed Kate Stenlie in front of her father on a beautiful San Francisco day... the fact that this Garcia-Zarate maggot can be given "credit for time served" two years later is beyond justice!

The Federal folks have their hold on him. He'll most likely be held until he's deported back to Mexico, again! But what then? He'll be back! Californians embrace these "victims" of our "oppression", our "imperialism". Besides, there's too much money to be made up here in the drug and sex trades and California's nothing more than a petri dish of illegals.

Nope, we won't see the last of this murderer, Jose Garcia-Zarate. I just hope he gets his due justice in the end.

So, an illegal alien has been arrested for starting some of the California fires?!

Go figure!

Who would've thunk it being as Californicatia's a Jerry Brown sanctuary state and all! You folks in Californicatia need to start explaining to some of your neighbors why your and their houses are no longer standing, why you and their friends and possibly family were killed in those fires and why you all shouldn't be held liable for the deaths, destruction and subsequently the suppression costs associated with all of those wildland fires that just happened to have happened recently.

Especially since it appears "some" of those fires were most likely caused by Jesus Fabian Gonzalez who was "arrested in connection with setting a fire in Sonoma County Wine Country (and) is an illegal alien from Mexico". Gonzalez  was returned to his “home country” twice but during his latest trip north into your "sanctuary state" he opted to light the world on fire.

Yeah, how's that liberal mantra working out for you folks now?!

I'm thinking there's going to be one helluva lot of lawsuits, head hunting and finger pointing coming down the 'pike before this whole mess is sorted out, if it ever is.

I'd start with that self serving, liberal Jerry Brown if I were you folks. Start there and follow through with all of the other minions who jumped on board Brown's idiotic, fatally flawed "save the world" plan!

But then again, most likely nothing will happen to those responsible except for that Jesus Fabian Gonzalez fall guy that's being hyped up in the main stream media as the sole bad guy in this whole tragic mess!

The government of Californicatia needs to stand up and take the heat for this mess as well. Every last one of those public servants who insisted that those who invade our country should be protected the enforcement of our immigration laws, at least.

Ft. Collins, Colorado selectively enforces our laws?!

The city of Ft. Collins, Colorado recently removed a very highly qualified police chief applicant from their top list of six candidates because the applicant  wouldn't selectively enforce the laws of the land.

It seems the applicant, a recently retired and very qualified Chief Criminal Deputy from the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) in central Arizona was in support of protecting our nation from the massive influx of illegal aliens.

Steve Henry, a 55 yrs. old military veteran with over 23 years of law enforcement applied for the position and made it to the final six applicants. He was "dumped" from the list "because he publicly supported an Arizona law (SB1070) that makes it a state crime to be in the U.S. without proper documentation and bans “sanctuary city” policies. The measure also allows local law enforcement officers throughout the state to inquire about suspects’ immigration status."

In other words, Ft. Collins, Colorado summarily dismissed Mr. Henry from the "short list" of candidates simply because he favored the unbiased enforcement of the laws of our nation, our society.

Unbiased enforcement of the laws of our community, our nation, our society is a trait that should be required of any stellar applicant for any law enforcement position in this country in my opinion. 

But then again, I'm old school law enforcement. We enforced the laws on the book, not the laws preferred by politicos, special interest groups, criminal organizations and activists.

Yep, we're fighting an internal battle of our life for our country right now.

Just ask those folks who live in Yuma, Arizona! There's a wall there and it's made a HUGE difference. Much less crime, little or no illegal border crossings and the "apprehensions of unaccompanied illegal immigrant minors has fallen 54 percent".

Phoenix Is Now A Sanctuary City... again.

After secretly meeting with a member of the ACLU the Mayor of Phoenix and the new Maricopa County Sheriff have agreed to provide sanctuary to illegal aliens. Further, the new elected Maricopa County Sheriff,  took it a step farther by releasing scores of illegals from the Maricopa County jail, many who were facing serious criminal charges and had criminal histories, or so it's reported. I guess this is the Phoenix Mayor's and the new Sheriff's "touche' " to the rest of the citizens in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona and America!

Illegals held in the Maricopa County jail were released by the incoming Sheriff after the new Sheriff and mayor met with a leftist group. Many of those jailed illegals were being held as violent criminal offenders and now they're back out on the street. But I guess in Arizona, especially Phoenix illegals aren't capable of committing crimes in our country.

Or so it seems.

11 California Counties have more voters than "citizens"

I've been reading this information via the Gateway Pundit, Judicial Watch and Dan, my friend who has pretty much the same slant on this politico bullshat that I do.

Dan sent this link  to me a day or two ago so I thought I'd post it. Eleven California counties have more registered voters than they have citizens! And guess what? They're all demoncrat counties.

Listed below are several of the arguments that have been used by misguided people to try and justify illegal immigration. Next to each is the reason why that argument has no merit.

1) They are an economic necessity - Not true. The idea that a bunch of desperately poor, uneducated, unskilled, non-English speaking foreigners are an economic necessity is ludicrous. In fact, when you compare cost vs. benefit, it is obvious that they are not only NOT a necessity, they are not even an asset. Rather, they are a liability and a huge one at that.

2) They do work Americans won’t do - Not true. They do work Americans won’t do for $7 an hour (especially if Americans can collect welfare and unemployment instead). Of course, if you got rid of the illegals, the jobs wouldn’t pay $7 an hour. The people who wanted the work done would have to pay a wage that was attractive enough to get Americans to do the work. And it might even be enough to get Americans off the unemployment and welfare dole and back into the taxpaying workforce!

3) We benefit from all that “cheap” labor - This is nonsense. The only people who benefit from the cheap labor are the unscrupulous people who hire illegal immigrants. Taxpayers are left holding the bag. Ultimately, it is they who must pay to support all the Americans who have been put out of work by illegals and must also provide billions of dollars in services and benefits to the illegals themselves.

4) They are just trying to make better lives - Aren’t we all? The difference is that most of us understand that we DO NOT have a right to acquire by illegal means those things that we find difficult to acquire by legal means. And we certainly don’t have the right to do it in a foreign country.

5) It is impossible to round up and deport the illegals - We don’t have to. All we have to do is remove the incentives that brought them here in the first place. No jobs. No housing. No taxpayer financed services or benefits (including education). Once we remove the incentives that brought them here, they will leave on their own.

6) Immigration control is racist / xenophobic - This is just another play of the race card by people who have no other cards to play. Immigration control is the world-wide status quo. There is nothing racist about it. Furthermore, the USA welcomes LEGAL immigrants of all races and ethnicities from all over the world who have gone through the legal immigration process. This is not just a bad argument, it is an attempt to create racial hatred and division.

7) We are a nation of immigrants - This is the “BIG LIE”. The vast majority of Americans are native-born. I am not an immigrant. Nor were my parents. Nor were my grandparents. We are a nation that has, historically, allowed and even encouraged LEGAL immigration. And we continue to do so. The issue at hand is illegal immigration, which has nothing to do with legal immigration.

8) They are people. We must treat them humanely - Yes & yes. But lets not pretend like they are victims who were dragged here kicking and screaming against their will. Nothing could be further from the truth. They came of their own free will and for their own benefit and they broke the law to do it. People should not be rewarded for breaking laws and committing crimes. Sending them home is the right thing to do. There is nothing “draconian” or “mean-spirited” about it.

9) It is wrong to break up families- Yes. Unfortunately, families are often broken up by criminal activity. If you don’t believe it, just drop by any prison or jail on visiting day. We can’t keep families together if some family members choose to participate in criminal activity.

10) They work & contribute to our society - So do I. And if I break the law and commit crimes, I can expect to pay a penalty of some kind. Anything from a small fine to the death penalty. I do not receive a reward. Why should we treat foreign criminals better than our own citizens?

Shotgun preteen vs. illegal alien Home Invaders:

Butte, Montana November 5, 2008

Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home.

It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana , and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.

Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.

Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee crouch aim . He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals.

When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.

It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.

Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, MSNBC, CNN, or ABC news? An 11 year old girl, properly trained, defended her home and herself... against two illegal immigrants... and she wins, she is still alive.

Now that is Gun Control !

Isn't this whole illegal immigration discussion primarily focused on those from Central and South America?

Let's be honest with ourselves. Isn't that what this whole discussion's about? I know we've had some attempts to "smuggle" in Chinese Nationals via shipping containers, etc. But they're normally discovered and sent back. What about those from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia? What about them. We're not seeing the huge, coordinated outcry from their advocates.

Who's the folks hanging their flag above ours? Who's the folks hanging our flag upside down under theirs? Who's the one's showing up at immigration protests waving the Mexican flag?

Are the Koreans, Chinese, Hungarians, Thai, Vietnamese protesting in our streets and demanding all rights be granted to them, regardless of their allegiance?

Nope, it's the Mexicans... The Mexicans and their Latin American cronies.

They're not willing to take the legal route like those before them did. They're not willing to become true citizens of this country. They just want the money, the land and whatever buildings might be left behind for them to keep. Oh yeah, and maybe a low rider or two.

They don't want us, they don't want our compassion.

They want what we have. Nothing more, nothing less.

You truly are avoiding the truth when you start dishing out that "racist" label though. If you're crying racist because folks see what's happening around us and are bringing it to other peoples attention... if you're calling us racists because we're aware, we're observant, we're realizing there's a drive to force us out of our life, our possessions, our country then I suggest you pull your head out of the sand or learn to subject yourselves to their demands, if you haven't already.

Call me paranoid while you're at it too. That label might help as well.

So, let's look back at the wonderful education the students at Montebello, California High School got this year. Let's look back at that education and learn from it ourselves.

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - The sheriff's department has developed a remarkably effective — and controversial — way of catching illegal immigrants: Deputies in patrol cars pull up to a construction site in force, and watch and see who runs.

Those who take off are chased down and arrested on charges such as trespassing, for cutting through someone else's property, or loitering, for hiding out in someone's yard, or reckless driving, for speeding off in a car.U.S. immigration authorities are then given the names of those believed to be in this country illegally.

"It's not wrong for them to run, but it's not wrong for us to chase them either," said Sheriff Frank McKeithen, who created his Illegal Alien Task Force in April to target construction sites in this Florida Panhandle county."

I hate to break the news to some of you folks but this has been around for quite awhile. I’ve seen it used on lumber and cedar mills up here in the Pacific Northwest. It’s very effective and although “controversial” to illegal immigrant advocates (i.e. the ACLU, Catholic Church, Mexican American Legal Defense Fund, etc.) it’s been dubbed an effective, proper and legal tactic in this neck of the woods anyways.

”Immigrant advocates say the technique is repugnant, and the ACLU says its constitutionality is questionable.

Illegal immigrants are leaving town. And builders are worried the crackdown will deprive them of the labor they need to take part in a building boom in which Panama City's Beach cheap spring-break motels are being torn down and replaced with high-rise condos."

”Illegal immigrants are leaving town.” Isn’t that the overall goal of immigration reform? Convince those who are in this country ILLEGALLY to leave. Wouldn’t it make sense to get those who are going through the proper legalization process LEGALIZED ahead of the line-cutting, demanding, want it all now cockroaches who infested this fine country over the past couple of decades?

Why aren’t the ACLU, the Catholic Church, the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund and the other immigrant advocate groups out there defending those who are trying to get things done the RIGHT WAY? Why do these organizations insist upon protecting those who are here ILLEGALLY? Why defend the criminals over the righteous?

”The sheriff said the raids are justified under a long-standing Florida law prohibiting employers from knowingly hiring illegal immigrants.

His department has conducted dozens of these raids over the past three months, sometimes using five or six patrol cars, and has reported more than 500 people to immigration officials since November.”

Finally, someone with balls who will stand up and work WITH the INS. I heard yesterday that the 25 largest cities in the United States are sanctuary cities for ILLEGALS. Go figure! But if you or I were to cross the street outside of a crosswalk in any of those cities, if we were to inadvertently run a red light we’d be stopped, cited and our entire pedigree would be run through the computer. They’d certainly be identifying us, the LEGAL citizens.

”The Mexican American Legal Defense Fund is investigating the arrests because "the intimidation factor is of great concern," said Elise Shore, regional counsel for the organization.

Benjamin Stevenson, an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union in Florida, said he finds the tactic troubling."Why are they sending out six or seven agents to investigate a paper crime, and are they causing them to run in the first place through intimidation?" he asked.”

What would be the source of intimidation? Perhaps uniformed law enforcement officers driving up to a work site to do their job. The ILLEGALS surely know their status and are going to run… why not? That’s not intimidation, that’s good police work. It’s a simple drive up and watch the roaches flee type of work. Then they simply follow those who flee until they break a law. Once a law is broken the officers intervene and do their job to protect and serve the taxpaying public who’s paying their salaries.

I thought that’s what the whole law enforcement profession was all about… to protect and serve.

When I was a kid growing up out here in the Pacific Northwest we would have little parties in the woods called “keggers”. Someone of legal age would buy at least one keg, give out a location and we’d all go to that location after school, usually on a Friday evening. We’d be partying down pretty good and the local deputies would quite often pull up in force. Those of us who were under the legal age would take off running through the forests. The deputies would chase some of us. Some would get caught, most wouldn’t. Those who didn’t run were identified by the deputies and were “released” because they were of legal age.

This is not a new tactic… just an effective one.

”As the debate over illegal immigration plays out in Washington, McKeithen is among a growing number of state and local officials taking it upon themselves to enforce immigration laws that up to now were regarded as a federal responsibility.

For example, Farmers Branch, Texas, is trying to prohibit apartment rentals to illegal immigrants in the Dallas suburb. Georgia passed a law requiring employers to verify the immigration status of all new employees.

Barbara Gonzalez, a spokeswoman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Miami, would not comment on the sheriff's tactics.

McKeithen has asked Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum for a legal opinion on his tactics. A spokeswoman for McCollum said the office is researching the request.”

Although tragic, what the hell does this have to do with the deputies chasing ILLEGAL immigrants? Those who “roughed up” the 14 years old inmate are facing manslaughter charges. Give them their day in court. It’s not as if someone tried to cover the incident up and really has no relevance to the ILLEGAL roach infestation currently at hand.

More good police work! What’s wrong with sending deputies to check the documents of employers to ensure the documents are not fraudulent? Isn’t that what this whole law enforcement thing is all about? To follow up on tips, leads, to act on trends to ensure the community they’re sworn to protect and serve is protected and served appropriately?

If these officers weren’t doing their jobs the community would most likely be in an uproar. And rightfully so!

”Mexican illegal immigrant Jose Madrid, 28, said he has been unable to find a construction job over the past six weeks because of the crackdown, and hasn't been able to send money to his parents and his 7-year-old son back home.”

Oh… poor Jose! If he can’t find a job then something right is happening for once.

All of those folks who have been saying the laws we currently have in place ”just simply aren’t effective enough” should stand up and take notice of Jose’s plight.

He can’t find a job in construction because the police are enforcing the immigration laws… those VERY laws that are currently on the books. The money that he can’t send home to his parents and his 7 year old son can be earned by a fellow citizen and used here in this country to support his or her family.

What a concept!

Those laws that our congressmen and congresswomen have been claiming to be unenforceable, those very tactics that we’ve been told are inept and simply won’t work are being used quite effectively by Sheriff Frank McKeithen in Florida.

How about cutting back on your fat cat profits you get from using the ILLEGAL crowd? How about doing things right? How about hiring those who live in this country LEGALLY and paying them a wage for once? How about supporting those families who ARE your fellow citizens rather than sending the money home with those who have no intentions of spending any of it here?

I have no compassion for ILLEGAL immigrants who are being hunted down like the dogs they are and shipped back to where they came from. I also have no compassion for those "contractors" who are circumventing the system, taking advantage of our "social" medicine and aren't paying their fair share of labor and industries insurance for their "employees". They're making huge bucks by cheating the system.

No compassion! NONE!

There’s nothing more to this “bi-partisan” sell out than that! Some of those in the United States government, some of OUR ELECTED LEADERS are selling out our very ethics, morals, values--- OUR COUNTRY, OUR YOUNG BUT RICH CULTURE by trying to force feed us another “Amnesty” program.

LISTEN UP!!!

SECURE OUR BORDERS! ROUND UP THE ILLEGAL ALIENS AND SEND THEM HOME! Back to where they came from. Back to their own countries so they can learn a bit about the difference between right and wrong, respect of values, laws, assimilation.

Let them know they’re in this country ILLEGALLY! Tell them that! Help them understand it and send them home.

If they wish to apply and come back through the legal process, so be it! Great! Let them apply, help them with the process, work with them and welcome them if and when they get approved. Help them adapt, assimilate.

But, let’s don’t reward people for bad behavior, lawlessness. Let’s have them go through our “immigration” process--- Our LEGAL “immigration” process. I mean, it’s worked for scores of thousands before them.

Let it work for them!

If the process needs streamlining, tweaking then let’s streamline it! Tweak it! Don’t wholesale it and don’t abandon it!

If it’s broken fix it and use it!

The dhimmi-crats and republicans need to get their respective heads out of their asses and listen to what the public is saying.

Kennedy, McCain, Bush, Feingold--- all of you jumping onto this giveaway bill--- you need to listen up a bit. You need to hear what is being said and understand that you’re not actually understanding what is being said now!

If we grant amnesty to these illegal aliens we’re affording those who entered this fine country for whatever purpose, whatever motive the opportunity AND SUPPORT to carry on, regardless of the circumstances.

As we’ve learned from history that’s a dangerous practice.

Ask these illegal aliens why they’re fleeing their countries. Ask these illegal aliens why their home countries vigorously protect their borders. Ask these illegal aliens if non-citizens in their countries can openly protest and demand government AND CITIZEN concessions and get them. Ask these illegal aliens if non-citizens in their countries can demand free health care, education, welfare, transportation, legal representation and get it.

Ask them then ask them again why the left their homeland.
