Judge in Ukraine Orders Biden Listed as “Perpetrator of Crime” in the Corrupt Firing of Investigator Going After His Son

The Joe Biden-Ukraine drama is reaching a fever pitch. The twists and turns are piling up so quickly, we can hardly keep up. While Joe Biden may have the Democratic presidential nomination all sewn up now, that does not mean that he is out of the woods yet. Biden’s efforts to force out a chief prosecutor who was not doing his bidding have come to light.
All those who tried to deny what had taken place probably feel pretty foolish at the moment. Things are heating up in Kiev as we speak. District Court Judge S. V. Vovk has made a major decision that should have Biden and company sweating. The chief prosecutor that he forced out, Victor Shokin, is now being listed as a victim of crime.
The perpetrator of this crime? None other than Biden himself. The Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigations had already been ordered to look into the case. They wanted the claim from Shokin to be fully investigated and here we are. Shokin was let go because of his willingness to investigate Burisma Holdings. This is the company that was employing Biden’s son Hunter at the time.
The ruling orders “a competent person of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine who conducts procedural management in criminal proceedings No. 62020000000000236 dated February 24, 2020 to enter information into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations … a summary of facts that may indicate the commission of a criminal offense under Paragraph 2 of Article 343 of the Criminal procedure code of Ukraine on criminal proceedings No. 62020000000000236 dated February 24, 2020, namely: information on interference in the activities of the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin, Viktor Mykolaiovych performed by citizen of the United States of America Joseph Biden, former U.S. Vice President.”

The court found that there was more than enough evidence to investigate the matter. This should not come as a surprise to anyone who has been paying attention since this case began to unfold. Petro Poroshenko was the president of the Ukraine at the time and he was the recipient of the Joe Biden shakedown.
He was told that the United States would be withholding at least $1 billion in aid if he did not comply with Biden’s request. If all of this sounds an awful lot like what Donald Trump was accused of during his impeachment hearings, you are not alone. It’s funny how the leftists have not been nearly as loud about this one, though.
Biden’s unlawful interference is finally being investigated at long last and not a moment too soon. He’s had quite the eventful campaign run, hasn’t he? There are credible sexual assault allegations being made against him and he’s also in hot water for these shady dealings in the Ukraine.
This is a major about face for the Ukraine, as they were previously unwilling to list Biden as the perpetrator of the crime. Vovk has changed the tide by altering the ruling. He said that the initial listing that did not provide a perpetrator was not proper. That’s why you are seeing Biden’s name listed as the perpetrator now.
It took a decent amount of time but it seems like justice may finally be served here. This court order is also not eligible to be appealed so we are definitely wondering how Joe Biden plans on wriggling his way out of this jam. Oleksandr Ivanovych Teleshetskyi has been hired to serve as one of Shokin’s legal representatives and he confirms that the ruling has been made.
If not for Viktor Shokin’s continued willingness to pursue this case, we wonder what would have actually happened. Even his own attorney believes that the change was made as a direct result of his words. This saga has been dragging on for years now. It also played a major role in the Democratic impeachment proceedings.
The videotape is out there and it’s going to be tough for Biden to answer for this during his campaign. He is trying his best to concoct a good lie but no one is going to believe a word he says. Biden really wants folks to believe that he was not withholding federal aid for the most obvious reason of all. Instead, he is trying to make the world think that Shokin was fired from his post for legitimate reasons.
He said that Shokin was not good enough at combating corruption. If anyone would know about that, it would be him. Shokin’s court affidavit on the matter says otherwise. Why would this man be motivated to sit in a court of law and lie about what we all know took place? The United States State Department even sent him a letter the year before he was fired to let him know what an awesome job he was doing when it came to corruption.
You just can’t make this type of stuff up. Joe and Hunter Biden both acknowledge that there are things they should have done differently. That’s what makes this continued pursuit so interesting. There may be even more to the story that we have not heard yet. According to Shokin, the best is still yet to come.

Rome and the United States... A Disturbing Comparison.
If you're living in the United States of America, if you're a resident of the United States of America then you should be able to identify the comparison regarding Rome's subsequent demise and what's currently occurring in the United States of America.
Here's the short and long list of contributors to Rome's demise. I did a quick Google search and came up with many sites that suggested the same eight things that happened in Rome which subsequently led to Rome's demise as an empire.

The Romans weathered a Germanic uprising in the late fourth century, but in 410 the Visigoth King Alaric successfully sacked the city of Rome. The Empire spent the next several decades under constant threat before “the Eternal City” was raided again in 455, this time by the Vandals. Finally, in 476, the Germanic leader Odoacer staged a revolt and deposed the Emperor Romulus Augustulus. From then on, no Roman emperor would ever again rule from a post in Italy, leading many to cite 476 as the year the Western Empire suffered its deathblow.
2. Economic troubles and overreliance on slave labor
Even as Rome was under attack from outside forces, it was also crumbling from within thanks to a severe financial crisis. Constant wars and overspending had significantly lightened imperial coffers, and oppressive taxation and inflation had widened the gap between rich and poor. In the hope of avoiding the taxman, many members of the wealthy classes had even fled to the countryside and set up independent fiefdoms. At the same time, the empire was rocked by a labor deficit. Rome’s economy depended on slaves to till its fields and work as craftsmen, and its military might had traditionally provided a fresh influx of conquered peoples to put to work. But when expansion ground to a halt in the second century, Rome’s supply of slaves and other war treasures began to dry up. A further blow came in the fifth century, when the Vandals claimed North Africa and began disrupting the empire’s trade by prowling the Mediterranean as pirates. With its economy faltering and its commercial and agricultural production in decline, the Empire began to lose its grip on Europe.
3. The rise of the Eastern Empire
The fate of Western Rome was partially sealed in the late third century, when the Emperor Diocletian divided the Empire into two halves—the Western Empire seated in the city of Milan, and the Eastern Empire in Byzantium, later known as Constantinople. The division made the empire more easily governable in the short term, but over time the two halves drifted apart. East and West failed to adequately work together to combat outside threats, and the two often squabbled over resources and military aid. As the gulf widened, the largely Greek-speaking Eastern Empire grew in wealth while the Latin-speaking West descended into economic crisis. Most importantly, the strength of the Eastern Empire served to divert Barbarian invasions to the West. Emperors like Constantine ensured that the city of Constantinople was fortified and well guarded, but Italy and the city of Rome—which only had symbolic value for many in the East—were left vulnerable. The Western political structure would finally disintegrate in the fifth century, but the Eastern Empire endured in some form for another thousand years before being overwhelmed by the Ottoman Empire in the 1400s.

At its height, the Roman Empire stretched from the Atlantic Ocean all the way to the Euphrates River in the Middle East, but its grandeur may have also been its downfall. Rome struggled to marshal enough troops and resources to defend its frontiers from local rebellions and outside attacks, and by the second century the Emperor Hadrian was forced to build his famous wall in Britain just to keep the enemy at bay. As more and more funds were funneled into the military upkeep of the empire, technological advancement slowed and Rome’s civil infrastructure fell into disrepair.
5. Government corruption and political instability
If Rome’s sheer size made it difficult to govern, ineffective and inconsistent leadership only served to magnify the problem. Being the Roman emperor had always been a particularly dangerous job, but during the tumultuous second and third centuries it nearly became a death sentence. Civil war thrust the empire into chaos, and more than 20 men took the throne in the span of only 75 years, usually after the murder of their predecessor. The Praetorian Guard—the emperor’s personal bodyguards—assassinated and installed new sovereigns at will, and once even auctioned the spot off to the highest bidder. The political rot also extended to the Roman Senate, which failed to temper the excesses of the emperors due to its own widespread corruption and incompetence. As the situation worsened, civic pride waned and many Roman citizens lost trust in their leadership.
6. The arrival of the Huns and the migration of the Barbarian tribes
The Barbarian attacks on Rome partially stemmed from a mass migration caused by the Huns’ invasion of Europe in the late fourth century. When these Eurasian warriors rampaged through northern Europe, they drove many Germanic tribes to the borders of the Roman Empire. The Romans grudgingly allowed members of the Visigoth tribe to cross south of the Danube and into the safety of Roman territory, but they treated them with extreme cruelty. According to the historian Ammianus Marcellinus, Roman officials even forced the starving Goths to trade their children into slavery in exchange for dog meat. In brutalizing the Goths, the Romans created a dangerous enemy within their own borders. When the oppression became too much to bear, the Goths rose up in revolt and eventually routed a Roman army and killed the Eastern Emperor Valens during the Battle of Adrianople in A.D. 378. The shocked Romans negotiated a flimsy peace with the barbarians, but the truce unraveled in 410, when the Goth King Alaric moved west and sacked Rome. With the Western Empire weakened, Germanic tribes like the Vandals and the Saxons were able to surge across its borders and occupy Britain, Spain and North Africa.

Christianity displaced the polytheistic Roman religion, which viewed the emperor as having a divine status, and also shifted focus away from the glory of the state and onto a sole deity. The 18th-century historian Edward Gibbon was the most famous proponent of this theory, but his take has since been widely criticized. As The Clintons Grieve...
It appears that the Butcher Bitch of Benghazi Hillary Clinton and that husband of hers will be grieving once again. She and bill will most likely be grieving about the end of life of one of their good friends and fellow "advisors", the one time DNC Chairperson, Donna Brazille.

Brazile may be just another tragic suicide in a long string of suicides and/or untimely deaths of clinton associates.
If you're wondering what this is all about you might want to start with liberal CNN's report and go from there. Don't take my conservative view for the gospel truth, go read the liberal network CNN's stuff first. I mean, they're pseudonym is the Clinton News Network for crap's sake. They're about all things clinton and liberalism. And they're reporting on the clinton corruption.
My arms are bruised by all of the pinching I've done to myself over the past several days. I've been trying to wake up from this dream since the news started breaking. I only hope it doesn't stop here. I hope it carries through to all politicos, left and "right" who had their fingers in the politico cookie jar.
It's time to WAKE UP AMERICA!!! We need TERM LIMITS! And we need to purge our guv'ment of corruption, at least.

Obama's HUD... over a half TRILLION DOLLARS "lost"?!
How in the hell does someone lose a half trillion dollars!
I don't know but Obama's HUD did!
There's over $520,000,000,000 dollars lost or otherwise "unaccounted for" somewhere "out there" and we're just now finding out about it?! How in the hell could this happen? How does this happen without anyone noticing until the new administration comes in and does their own audit?!
Oh yeah, because Obama's failed administration didn't care. They've most likely doctored the books and buried it. Now that it's been exposed whoever's responsible for the "loss" will be insulated by excuses, cover ups, written off to "poor practices". Most likely he or she or they will be let off the hook for the obvious outright theft of our taxpayer money!
After all, whoever's responsible WAS and/or might still be serving in the guv'ment. You know, that very government where corruption runs rampant and our money is theirs.
Murderers, tramps, liars, perverts and thieves. That's what our entitled liberal guv'ment has become over the past 8 or more years!

Loretta Lynch, Comey's FBI, Bill Clinton...
What a wicked web of lies it appears to be. Ol' slick willy just can't keep his fingers out of anything. Wait, that conjures up some rather disgusting and lewd mental images. But nonetheless, it is what it is. Slick willy clinton meddling in our business, the citizens of this country's business for his and the butcher bitch of benghazi, hillary clinton's personal and private gain most likely.
Remember that ol' tarmac meeting between Loretta and Bill most likely to discuss Hill? Well, it's coming back around for another look-see. Just when we thought it was buried it's been dug up again and some good folks are poking and prodding for some answers. The American Center for Laws and Justice (ACLJ) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in July, 2016 for records retained by the FBI and other institutions regarding the tarmac meeting between slick willy and Loretta. They received a response to their request by James Comey's FBI group at the time (October, 2016) which stated simply, "no records responsive to your request were located."
But wait, there's MORE to the Bill Clinton/Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting.
Unsatisfied with Comey's response the ACLJ filed another request for "against the Department Of Justice (DOJ), "which led to the agency locating and releasing the 413 pages of emails" contrary to Comey's FBI response.
Now it seems there's even more!
Here's hoping heads will roll and there will be plenty of jail time for all involved with the coverup! And thank you! American Center for Laws and Justice (ACLJ) for not giving up on this obvious coverup!

The American Center for Laws and Justice (ACLJ) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in July, 2016 for records retained by the FBI and other institutions regarding the tarmac meeting between slick willy and Loretta. They received a response to their request by James Comey's FBI group at the time (October, 2016) which stated simply, "no records responsive to your request were located."
But wait, there's MORE to the Bill Clinton/Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting.
Unsatisfied with Comey's response the ACLJ filed another request for "against the Department Of Justice (DOJ), "which led to the agency locating and releasing the 413 pages of emails" contrary to Comey's FBI response.
Now it seems there's even more!
Here's hoping heads will roll and there will be plenty of jail time for all involved with the coverup! And thank you! American Center for Laws and Justice (ACLJ) for not giving up on this obvious coverup!

Failed Leadership begets Public Unrest!
In the world of the Palestinian Authority "democracy and freedom of expression and the media are non-existent!"
Under PA and Hamas rule things are even more ruthless. The Palestinian Authority and Hamas rule with an iron fist and will continue to rule with that iron fist until they're either replaced or until Hamas ceases to exist entirely.

Ah, Obama sells us out...
...again. All in the interests of appeasement, apology... enablement, the ultimate goal.
Those select, hand chosen, redacted, classified documents obama and his political cronies released to the world last week... You know the ones that allege "torture", immoral conduct, illegal shenanigans perpetrated by president Bush and his administration on those helpless, God fearing, misunderstood clumps of humanity we incarcerated at Gitmo and elsewhere.
Yeah, those documents. Not ALL of them, just some of them... choice documents... redacted documents... documents that serve obama's purpose, documents that individually tell a tiny fraction of the whole story of how this country, we the citizens were kept safe for seven years by the previous administration.
Yup. Those documents. The ones that define torture, define "enhanced" or "harsh" interrogation techniques and afford our protectors to practice these enhanced or harsh interrogation techniques on some folks who were (and most likely still are) hell bent on slaughtering the whole lot of us. They'd slaughter us wholesale if they could... no doubt. Just ask them.
Yep. Those documents that were declassified, released to the "press" and exported to our enemies throughout the world. The ones that go into detail, define the parameters of the business of "enhanced interrogations". The documents that ensure those practitioners of these techniques do not cross the line and stray into the "torture" side of things.
Those very documents that help prepare our protectors for a more humane extraction of information from their subjects than say, well... their Al Qaeda or Taliban or... hmmm... radical muslum counterparts. The documents that define waterboarding, sleep deprivation, humiliation, face "slapping" as the type of "torture" applied to me and other soldiers decades ago when we were in this fine country's military and being trained on resisting minimal interrogation techniques commonly practiced by "civilized" nations.
Those documents that define "enhanced interrogation techniques" not necessarily practiced by our "enemy" at the time... the North Vietnamese (and their allies... uh hum... Soviets, Chinese, etc.) because they weren't intense enough... didn't really do much to extract the information desired from our fellow countrymen who fell into their hands as captives. Or they were modified... increased by our enemy in frequency, duration and intensity to apply the fear of God, the pressure on their subjects, our countrymen to chat it up and give up information they might or might not really have.
Yeah... those vile, vicious enhanced interrogation techniques that were cast aside by our earlier enemies as ineffective, not intense enough for them to employ as a part of their own information gathering game plan.
It seems our enemies have softened considerably. They're weak... Though the al qaeda, taliban... radical mooslums who live to see us destroyed tend to lean towards drilling holes in knees, faces, arms, legs with drills, cutting off fingers, hands, heads... burning their prisoners and much worse to extract information... it seems they can't really stomach our country's "enhanced interrogation techniques" (that are applied to our very own warriors in training) when those very same techniques are applied to them. It seems our soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen and contractors who are subjected to this training are far, far more resilient, able and immune to this "torture" than their al qaeda, taliban or radical muslim "counterparts" are.
Either way the hapless, self serving, inept president... obama and his corrupt den of politicos have stooped to a new low and have declassified documents that have effectively weakened our defense, threatened our existence... once again.
I just can't help it. I'm inclined to think it's all by design. I'm thinking he's trying to do as much damage as he can to our fine nation in the four years he's got. I'm thinking he's all about failure and shame. I don't know why but I'm thinking he's intent on ruining our life as we know it.
In a nutshell... here's a comment from obama's snake in the grass attorney general sham Eric Holder regarding some friggin' Spanish Judge's decision to open an investigation of the torture and atrocities allegedly practiced at Gitmo. Spain's feeble attempt to play their socialist card and police the world accordingly. A Spaniard's attempt to try those in America responsible in an open "world" court in Spain... a laughable concept at best.
This is from a recent AP article:
"U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, speaking with reporters in Berlin before the investigation was announced, did not rule out cooperating with such an investigation.
"Obviously, we would look at any request that would come from a court in any country and see how and whether we should comply with it," Holder said.
"This is an administration that is determined to conduct itself by the rule of law and to the extent that we receive lawful requests from an appropriately-created court, we would obviously respond to it," he said.
Asked if that meant the U.S. would cooperate with a foreign court prosecuting Bush administration officials, Holder said he was talking about evidentiary requests, and would review any such request to see if the United States would comply."
You really have to respect Holder's position of "an administration that is determined to conduct itself by the rule of law..."

The Paw family gives a bunch...

You see, he's been sought by California authorities for "Grand Theft". A bit embarrassing, I know but true.
Hsu admitted to some California authorities awhile back that he took a BUNCH of money from some people... errr, swindled folks out of a BUNCH of their money back in the early 1990's.
It seems he set up some potential investors, took a cool million bucks from them in exchange for importing a bunch of latex gloves or something and well, after getting the money he forgot to import the gloves.
Yup he got the money, no one got the gloves. Go figure... latex gloves.
Big bucks- no gloves- no lube. Poetic.
As the story goes, in 1991 Hsu pleaded guilty and agreed to spend three short years of his life in prison for the, errr... well, theft. Oh yeah, and he agreed to pay restitution.
Herein lies the problem. Hsu actually forgot he copped the plea.
No shit!!! He forgot!!! Just ask Larry, his D.C. attorney.
Here's proof he forgot! The following is an excerpt from an August 29, 2007 story found in the L.A. Times written by Chuck Neubauer and Robin Fields, Los Angeles Times Staff Writers.
Larry is quoted in the article. He explains everything. It's gotta be honest and factual, right? After all, Larry is an attorney!
"Barcella said his client did not remember pleading to a criminal charge and facing the prospect of jail time. Hsu remembers the episode as part of a settlement with creditors when he also went through bankruptcy, Barcella said."
So what we're supposed to believe is that in 1991, shortly after Hsu copped his plea and agreed to do all of those little legal things like serving time and paying restitution he simply forgot. Much like he forgot to import the gloves. Much like he forgot where he lived when he dropped out of sight... except in plain view. He dropped out of sight in plain view. Difficult to understand, I know but he did.
Call it politics. Call it political influence. Call it "making money for the dhimmicrats" type of protection or whatever.

Well, he's one of her major fund raisers. He's already established that he's pretty dat-gammmed good at swindling folks out of their hard earned cash... hell, he's a man of his word and has even agreed to serve 3 years in prison, trust him.
Yup, he's been pretty adept at gathering cash for Hillary and friends, a bunch of dhimmicrats.
I mean, just ask the Paw's.
Their financial contributions to Hillary splashed them onto the front pages of many of our national fish wrappers. Not just Ma and Pa Paw and but the Kid Paws too.
They're one example of the kind of first-time donors Hsu has worked with over the years.
The Paws are a family of six adults, most of whom live together in a small house near San Francisco International Airport. They've allegedly never donated to national candidates until 2004. Since 2005, after meeting Hsu they've donated $213,000 to the dhimmicratic cause. $55,000 to Hill Clinton and $14,000 to various New York state candidates. Not to mention a bunch of money to several other dhimmicrat candidates and politicians... you know "fat cat" Senator Ted Kennedy, U.S. Representative Joe Sestak of Pennsylvania, U.S. Representative Michael Honda of California and political wannabe, comedian Al Franken, a U.S. Senate candidate in Minnesota to mention a few. In all their donations are kind of like a grab bag of donations.

Pa Paw (William Paw) is a mail carrier and Ma Paw, his wife Alice is a homemaker. Both of them are contributors.
Winkle Paw, a son who evidently works for or with Hsu is another contributor. The other contributors include another son who works for a California school board and two daughters, one who works for a hospital and another who works for a computer company. They all opted to max out their contributions to the dhimmicrat cause.
Either way, at least six members of the Paw family... evidently dedicated dhimmicrats... donated at least $55,000 to Hillary Rodham Clinton since 2005.
Not bad for a bunch of blue collar stiffs.
Understandably, there's some questions regarding the source of funds donated by the Paws and many others like them. Reasonable folks are asking themselves how the Paws could afford those sizable donations to the dhimmicrats and why they'd even be donating to dhimmicrats who are running for New York state's government positions rather than California's.
I'm just wondering if Hsu's seeding the pot here. I guess not... Larry's already explained things to us.
