Once Convicted, Serial Child Molester/Rapist Gets Released!

Michael McFadden, a serial pedophile in Colorado will be walking the streets again after having been found guilty of his alleged crimes once only to have his sentence overturned due to a legal "processing error" that was committed by the defense attorney.

Colorado authorities dropped the ball on this one! This one time acknowledged and previously determined child molester/rapist who was sentenced to 300 years in prison is walking the streets of our nation again.

He was released on a "technicality". His attorney didn't get the "jury instructions" in on time and the prosecutors didn't review them in a timely manner so he was violated his right to a "speedy trial". The liberal appeals court ruled that it wasn't the defendant's fault, so the defendant was ordered to be released from custody immediately. He cannot be retried on the multiple crimes he committed because, by law he's already been acquitted of those crimes... according to the appellant judge.

This, folks is a travesty of justice. The defense attorney's actions should be reviewed to see if he/she purposely filed the paperwork in a less than timely manner and if so, he/she should be held wholly accountable for this serial pedophile being released from custody and turned loose back into our society.

Oh, and the topper is... because the maggot, Michael McFadden was "acquitted" by law he does not have to register anywhere at any time as a "sex offender"... until he's caught again. And he will be! He's a sexual predator whose attorney helped him beat the system. The Colorado Supreme Court won't recognize that but society does!

We are losing our handle on justice, on law in our society. The judges are over-ruling moral norms in favor of obvious threats to our children, our future. It's time to review our processes and modify them in favor of the victims.
