Dave Reichert, Washington State Representative, Republican, how did you read the entire 1,500 plus pages of Cap and Trade bill in the very, very limited time you had to review it before you voted for it?

And after you read it (which I'll bet didn't happen) how the hell in good conscience did you bring yourself to vote for it?

What part of "Representative" do you not understand Reichert?

This is a sell out to higher energy prices, bigger government, special interests, more financial assaults on the working Joes and blatant catering to the George Soros' of the world!

ACORN, et. al. never had it so good. You helped line their nests at our (the taxpayers, the citizens) expense.

Those who tell us they read the bill in it's entirety and understood what they read are liars! Our whole national existence is GONE as we knew it! Our government has taken us hostage and is demanding unimaginable and unachievable ransoms for our freedoms... one chunk at a time.

We are very, very rapidly becoming a socialist, tyrannical state and our politicos are laughing all the way to the bank.

Even as we overloaded the phone lines to congress yesterday... even as we spoke to their staffers we were betrayed! Betrayed by the very people we put in those positions to "represent" us!

Reichert! Did Barack Hussein Obama promise to make you a Csar somewhere? Somehow?

Are you going to vote for this absurd Health Care Reform Bill? In otherwords, are you going to vote for socialized medicine too? Are you in favor of diluting our medical care and making us a socialist or communist state? Or will it be a tyranny? Will you tell us now?

I doubt it... you're not that type of person. Not that type of individual who tells things like it is. Tells things as he sees them. I thought you were, many of us thought your were but you're not! You certainly showed your true colors yesterday.

Reichert, you betrayed us! You caved to desperation... caved to keeping your seat in congress. You've lost your spine you used to have when you were the local Sheriff in King County, Washington.

I'm not in your district, not one of your "voters" but I and my family are directly affected by your cowardly vote for this crap... err, excuse me... cap and trade fiasco!

The damaage is done! You've helped put a knife in the back of our freedom as we knew it! You and those like you are now twisting that knife.

What I want to know is just who in the hell do these politico nutcases like you Reichert think you are when it comes to deciding what is best for me and mine in every day life? We've managed to live our lives without much of yours and their unwanted intrusions until now, what makes you and them think you know what's best for us and ours???

In my humble opinion and for what it's worth Dave Reichert you're a coward, a sellout and a fraud. You are a disgrace to our state. I will do all in my power to ensure you do not get re-elected to that "representative" position you're so desperately trying to keep!

There was a day when I respected and admired you for your accomplishments. You lost all of my respect and admiration yesterday, Friday, June 26, 2009 when you buckled under pressure.

Ladies and gentlemen, I want to thank you for showing up. I know its been some time since we've had our last meeting and it was behind closed doors as was necessary. Mr. Soros, I thought now would be an appropriate time to give an assessment of the situation and convey my appreciation. Mr. treasurer, Tim I want to thank you and commend you on the way you've handled that nasty corporation scandal and affairs of General Motors and Chrysler. I think you did an exemplary job on the bailout and the stimulation package as well. I realize Mr. Barney Frank was in the background working side-by-side with you. Between the two of you, you managed to get control or least leverage on the banks and the mortgage industry, good job, well done. I do think the unions may become a problem later down the line however right now we have them mollified and they're happy with the situation because they are blind with greed. Nancy, Nancy, Nancy, you amaze me, every time I think the spotlight is about to swing onto me, you come up with some new diversion or stir up something in Congress and or in the news media. you totally and completely divert the attention of the public away from me and onto you and Congress, it's amazing I don't know how you do it. I thought the part when the news media captured you at that meeting with the illegal aliens telling them, it was un-American not to allow illegal aliens medical, dental, drivers licenses, and Social Security. It was really great and timely when once again you diverted attention from me and what I was upto,and onto yourself with that CIA fiasco, what was that all about anyway? did they really lie?or were you just having fun?. Joe you need to learn to clam up, you give too much away. Oh yes and Mr. Gibbs thank you so much, you have controlled the press releases in exactly the right manner. We now have almost total control of the media with the exception of Fox and the Washington Post. The Washington Post however is starting to swing our way since I quietly removed the chief editor.(that was almost as good as when I fired those CEO's, oh that was fun) OH yeah somebody needs to do something about Glenn Beck, he is starting to be a problem. Gibbs, see if you can handle that or at least censure him. also, another great bonus was that Republican Senator what's his name? You know the one that flew to Argentina so he could cheat on his wife? Anyway that's not important what is important was Gibbs arranged for the media to go into a feeding frenzy over this one senator cheating on his wife to divert attention away from the clean energy bill that was on the floor of the House. Of course you and I know this bill as a cap and trade bill. I was desperate to have attention diverted away from this vote I did not want all the people calling their congressmen and telling them don't vote for it. I just can't believe our luck, the day before this bill was to go in front of the house Michael Jackson passed away. It only took a little nudging from Gibbs (as we now have most of the control over the media) to turn this into a media frenzy. Even Fox failed to report on the cap and trade bill being passed. The whole news media much to my joy was entirely involved in the life and Times of Michael Jackson. OH this is great, Don't get me wrong, I'm very sad that he passed away but as Hillary said we need to make the most out of every bad situation and believe me I intend to make the most out of Michael Jackson passing away and totally diverting attention from the clean energy bill. Oh what a break. "Now let me be clear about this" please understand, we own General Motors, we own Chrysler, we have mostly control over the banks. With the passage of the clean energy bill we will have total control over people's heat over their lights and over their income and with the health bill we will be able to make people even more dependent our government. Stick with me and you'll see what I mean, Even as we speak acorn is gathering personal information from every person in this country(28 pages) that we will be able to use against them. Continuing though, I also want to thank homeland security, and the rest of you people that worked so hard to help us take over this country. I can honestly say I believe that the people of this country will be better off with a benevolent dictator such as myself who also has his appointed assistants or czars if you wish to be called that. We are the elite we know what's best for this country the general population does not. Do not look back, look forward, we have a great and growing partnership with China and together with China we can establish a world order in which we can rule the world.
Once again I want to thank you for a job well done, even though the clean energy bill has passed, there is still a lot of work to be done in the takeover and conversion of this country but we are well on our way. Just think of this as a giant shell game with the need to divert attention to win. allright everybody, thank you, now let's get back to work and would somebody please find my prayer mat and show me which direction is East?

We're being gang-raped as a nation. Obama and his entourage are accomplishing exactly what they've set out to do. They are changing America just like they promised they would... from the land of the free to the land of the subservient. They will not stop until we, as individual citizens and collectively, become slavish to them... to their changes!

I watch as the press villifies those dumb ass republicans and wonder whatever happened to all of the scandals brought out over the years... and currently being mentioned about the demoncrats. What about Senator "Cold Cash" Jefferson and his frozen bundle of "payoff" money? Why isn't he in prison by now? You and I surely would be! Hell, we'd still be in prison awaiting trial from back when we were first accused.

How about Barney Frank, one of the co-masterminds of the failures of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? What about Frank and the ethical conflict of interest he had with his "boyfriend" who served on that there financial oversight committee or whatever it was? How about the charges that his boyfriend "allegedly" ran an escort service out of Frank's home? Why isn't Frank being held accountable for his inept handling and cover ups that led to the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac banking failures and subsequent housing crash?

What about Harry Reid's sons "alleged" unethical lawyering and business "deals"? If I recall, information "suggested" these lucrative deals involved extensive inside information being sent their way... millions were and still are being made by them. Why is he not at least probed a bit more regarding these allegations? And why are the results not publicly posted?

Let's talk about Nancy Pelosi's husband making off with a great deal of cash in another sweetheart deal "allegedly" handed out by insiders in congress? What about her cozy arrangements with all of the illegals in waiting? Will it be amnesty or will it be amnesty? More voters for the dems. What about Chris Dodd's bundle he made by selling stock and other securities just before the market crashed worldwide? That kind of smacks as a conflict of interest. What about his part in the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac fiasco? Why is there no accountability here???

...it can and should go on! Repubes and Demoncrats alike!

We could get into the Demoncrats backing the failure of the auto industries, housing markets/finance, health care "reform", witch hunt at Gitmo, etc. but why do the repubes work for them?

There's a feeding frenzy going on of the likes that I've never seen before and the repubes are running with their tails between their legs. Every friggin' politico has abandoned us, the citizens... their "employers" for the sake of saving themselves, of personal greed and to protect their individual nest eggs they've created!

I'm of the belief that the repubes are scattered and hiding in individual spider holes throughout this land when not at mandatory appearances in DC and elsewhere. I'm of the belief that these cowards are hiding and hoping that they individually are not next... abandoning any thought about protecting and serving us, the citizens of this once fine nation!

We're watching the demoncrat thugs as they travel in packs take out individual repube politicos throughout the world... let alone the country. I mean, it's a simple chore. All any politico from either party has to do is sit back and watch for a bit. Observe their adversaries activities, listen, collect information and strike like the belly crawling snakes in the grass they are!

The demoncrats have it down to a fine art. The repubes are in disarray and truly have no collective direction. They're simply looking out for themselves like a bunch of shell shocked hostages.

Hi, it’s me. Just another human being, another United States citizen, another man on the planet here. No more, no less.

I've been wondering lately, thinking about the plight of our grand nation.

I'm considered to be a "moderate" politically because I tend to believe in a mix of things, some conservative, some liberal and some off the charts one way or the other. I'm also somewhat literate, educated and prefer to review those facts presented to me as the foundation of a discussion... whatever that discussion may be. That's one of my many quirks: I want to review what's being discussed with an open mind and if relevant, possibly change my belief (heaven forbid!) … or at least have a more educated, well rounded view of the topic at hand. Simply put I can be and have been persuaded by facts presented to me.

For the most part I’m a simple, fact oriented guy. I try not to engage in personal affronts, name-calling, party bashing, etc. but must admit I haven’t been all that successful in avoiding that crap. I've voted for candidates from the independent side and almost every party at one time or another in my life so I'm certainly not party bound.

In many comments following particular articles I’ve read in the “news” lately there are threads of facts posted by some that are interrupted by very personal affronts, drivel if you will from individuals who seem to represent the beliefs of this fine country’s current administration.

It appears the common theme, the common practice amongst a lot of supporters of the Obama administration are to attack the messenger, not the message of those who dare question Obama’s rationale, his direction.

For some time now I've been longing for some factual data that will help me understand exactly how we got into this mess as a nation, why we're addressing our woes as we are and how the proposed corrective actions employed and suggested by Obama, et.al. will truly benefit us as a nation, as a world.

I'm at a loss. I don't see where we’ll benefit from printing money without security, where more taxation leads to a more robust economy, where socialization of health, commerce, and manufacturing contributes to independence and prosperity. I as an individual citizen, as a father, grandfather, husband, brother, uncle, friend and veteran am concerned we're not heading in the right direction and I implore anyone out there to provide me with relevant details and facts that will support the arguments that we ARE better off now than we were two years ago, four years ago, six years ago... and we'll be much better off in 2012 than we were in 2004, 2002, 2000... etc.

So please save me the name-calling, the drivel. Direct me to as many of those facts that you can which support, or at least lend to the explanation of this current administration's assertions. I really don't care about revisiting the talking points of Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Socialists, Communists, Libertarians, etc. I really don't care about full party politics. I'd just like to get a bit more educated, a bit more assured that we're heading in the right direction.

Because quite frankly friends, I don't think we are.

I realize I'm only one individual out here and folks don't really need to put much stock in what any one individual might think or do. But collectively, all of us 'one individual' types do eventually add up.

I do care about our country, my neighbors, my family, my friends... about where we're heading and whether the choices being made, the directions we're heading are the most prudent, the most worthwhile, the most rewarding for us as a nation and subsequently, as a world.

As a friend, as a neighbor I'm simply asking for some clarity here not party line politics.

Ah, Obama sells us out...

...again. All in the interests of appeasement, apology... enablement, the ultimate goal.

Those select, hand chosen, redacted, classified documents obama and his political cronies released to the world last week... You know the ones that allege "torture", immoral conduct, illegal shenanigans perpetrated by president Bush and his administration on those helpless, God fearing, misunderstood clumps of humanity we incarcerated at Gitmo and elsewhere.

Yeah, those documents. Not ALL of them, just some of them... choice documents... redacted documents... documents that serve obama's purpose, documents that individually tell a tiny fraction of the whole story of how this country, we the citizens were kept safe for seven years by the previous administration.

Yup. Those documents. The ones that define torture, define "enhanced" or "harsh" interrogation techniques and afford our protectors to practice these enhanced or harsh interrogation techniques on some folks who were (and most likely still are) hell bent on slaughtering the whole lot of us. They'd slaughter us wholesale if they could... no doubt. Just ask them.

Yep. Those documents that were declassified, released to the "press" and exported to our enemies throughout the world. The ones that go into detail, define the parameters of the business of "enhanced interrogations". The documents that ensure those practitioners of these techniques do not cross the line and stray into the "torture" side of things.

Those very documents that help prepare our protectors for a more humane extraction of information from their subjects than say, well... their Al Qaeda or Taliban or... hmmm... radical muslum counterparts. The documents that define waterboarding, sleep deprivation, humiliation, face "slapping" as the type of "torture" applied to me and other soldiers decades ago when we were in this fine country's military and being trained on resisting minimal interrogation techniques commonly practiced by "civilized" nations.

Those documents that define "enhanced interrogation techniques" not necessarily practiced by our "enemy" at the time... the North Vietnamese (and their allies... uh hum... Soviets, Chinese, etc.) because they weren't intense enough... didn't really do much to extract the information desired from our fellow countrymen who fell into their hands as captives. Or they were modified... increased by our enemy in frequency, duration and intensity to apply the fear of God, the pressure on their subjects, our countrymen to chat it up and give up information they might or might not really have.

Yeah... those vile, vicious enhanced interrogation techniques that were cast aside by our earlier enemies as ineffective, not intense enough for them to employ as a part of their own information gathering game plan.

It seems our enemies have softened considerably. They're weak... Though the al qaeda, taliban... radical mooslums who live to see us destroyed tend to lean towards drilling holes in knees, faces, arms, legs with drills, cutting off fingers, hands, heads... burning their prisoners and much worse to extract information... it seems they can't really stomach our country's "enhanced interrogation techniques" (that are applied to our very own warriors in training) when those very same techniques are applied to them. It seems our soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen and contractors who are subjected to this training are far, far more resilient, able and immune to this "torture" than their al qaeda, taliban or radical muslim "counterparts" are.

Either way the hapless, self serving, inept president... obama and his corrupt den of politicos have stooped to a new low and have declassified documents that have effectively weakened our defense, threatened our existence... once again.

I just can't help it. I'm inclined to think it's all by design. I'm thinking he's trying to do as much damage as he can to our fine nation in the four years he's got. I'm thinking he's all about failure and shame. I don't know why but I'm thinking he's intent on ruining our life as we know it.

In a nutshell... here's a comment from obama's snake in the grass attorney general sham Eric Holder regarding some friggin' Spanish Judge's decision to open an investigation of the torture and atrocities allegedly practiced at Gitmo. Spain's feeble attempt to play their socialist card and police the world accordingly. A Spaniard's attempt to try those in America responsible in an open "world" court in Spain... a laughable concept at best.

"Obviously, we would look at any request that would come from a court in any country and see how and whether we should comply with it," Holder said.

Asked if that meant the U.S. would cooperate with a foreign court prosecuting Bush administration officials, Holder said he was talking about evidentiary requests, and would review any such request to see if the United States would comply."

You really have to respect Holder's position of "an administration that is determined to conduct itself by the rule of law..."

Shotgun preteen vs. illegal alien Home Invaders:

Butte, Montana November 5, 2008

Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home.

It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana , and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.

Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.

Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee crouch aim . He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals.

When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.

It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.

Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, MSNBC, CNN, or ABC news? An 11 year old girl, properly trained, defended her home and herself... against two illegal immigrants... and she wins, she is still alive.

Now that is Gun Control !

Nations condemn Israel's Gaza invasion!

Israel's ground offensive in the Gaza Strip was roundly condemned across the Middle East on Sunday, with Egypt also accusing the UN Security Council of failing to act quickly to resolve the crisis.

Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit said Israel's incursion into the impoverished territory on Saturday night came in "brazen defiance" of international calls to end the fighting.

"The Security Council's silence and its failure to take a decision to stop Israel's aggression since it began was interpreted by Israel as a green light," he said in a statement as Israeli forces rumbled into Gaza."

Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, Turkey… hell, all of the middle east fanatics are condemning Israel… CONDEMNING ISRAEL for kicking ass on the friggin’ Hamas clan! Don't poke sticks at a beehive...

Here's a lesson in life... when I was young growing up in the great Pacific Northwest, U.S.A. I learned a lot from my four older brother’s accomplishments and mistakes… primarily their mistakes. I'd watch and listen to what they did that just didn't work out the way they thought it would at the time they did it. I'd listen to them rationalize their failed activity to themselves and those who would listen and I'd watch them re-enact their fruitless (and quite often painful) activity... fine tuning everything for the next go 'round. Yeah, I watched and learned. By the time I was able to experience some of my own life activities I had a pretty well rounded education as to what worked and what didn't work... basically.

So, I've never poked a stick at a bald faced hornets nest. I've never teased yellowjackets, animals with young and geese up close. I've thrown rocks from a distance at bee’s nests but never really stood close enough to poke sticks at an active hive. That's just not logical. It's not a wise thing to do even for those who aren't all that wise. You don't mess with wildlife and you don't taunt your neighbors. So, what the hell is going on with that freaky Hamas clan? Are they brain dead or something? Are their skulls thicker than believed? Are they high?

Blithering lunatics! What the hell are they thinking?

They had a truce with a neighbor who simply wanted to be left alone. I have neighbors. I don’t like all of them but I don’t throw rocks over the fence at them. I don’t sabotage their property, I don’t harass or kill their children or pets and I don’t dig tunnels into their back yards.

That’s just not right! It’s not sane!

In a nutshell Israel and Hamas arrived at a cease fire/truce/whatever months ago. Hamas saw the truce as an opportunity to rebuild, resupply and retrain their obsessed and utterly insane “army” of miscreants. All the while they’d lob a missile or two towards Israel at whim, improve their crazy little tunnel system, arrest and abuse dissenters (Christians) within their communities, terrorize bordering Israeli settlements, kidnap, torture and maim innocents and otherwise carry on their Hamas business as usual. Nothing really changed for Hamas during the cease fire/truce/whatever. They viewed it as a sign of Israeli weakness… a time for Hamas to regroup.

When the truce ended they showered Israel with rockets and mortars for days on end. Israel like the bees in the hornets nest stirred, complained, called for the activity to cease to no avail. Hamas viewed Israel’s refusal to fight as cowardice.

Eventually Israel had enough. Using necessary force Israel hammered the Hamas network in Gaza leveling buildings, killing Hamas commanders, militants and their supporters. Hamas was hit and hit hard… on the chin and boy did they feel it!

Hamas cried and continues to cry to the international community to make Israel stop. Israel continues to pummel Hamas (and those who support Hamas) mercilessly, making a very loud statement… LEAVE US ALONE!

To this day the international community condemns Israel… the victim in this fight. The neighbor who has had enough. The patient, bullied neighbor now kicking the bully’s inept ass.

I say let the fight end the way it will end. Let the bullied teach the bully a lesson they’ll never forget. A good ass whupping promotes respect, at least for those who have any semblance of sanity.

There are calls from the islamic community to rise up against Israel and the United States of America.

Hell, they’ve been making that call for decades. Mooslums everywhere, always calling for our heads. Citing the pedophile prophet moohamad’s name somewhere in their never ending gibberish. So what’s new?

In short, Hamas don’t poke sticks at the beehive. You’re going to get stung and stung bad!

Barack Hussein, were you born in Kenya to muslim parents as you've stated in the past? Were you born in Kenya and adopted in Indonesia as you've said in the past? Were you born in Hawaii as your bogus 1970 Hawaii certificate of live birth suggests?

Where were you born and what are your true allegiances?

Why are you refusing to produce a REAL certificate of live birth. Your arrogance is overwhelming. You place yourself well above us regular Joe and Joanne Blue Collar citizens. You hide behind your DNC and Chicago cronies. You talk in circles and avoid the hardball questions. Your gang of thugs have tried to humiliate and destroy anyone who asks legitimate questions about you, your past and your candidacy.

Isn't it about time that you answer these questions? Don't you think you should serve the public you so desperately want to serve by letting us know more about you?

While you're producing that vault copy of your live birth certification why don't you produce the other information all of the other candidates had to produce. You know your health records, your various college transcript, etc. We don't want to see a one page letter from your doctor. We want you to be truly vetted! ...not powdered over by your gloss team.

As you've probably figured by now I'm not voting for you. Nope. I'm not one to throw away a very important vote on a person who won't reveal his true identity let alone on a person who ignores a righteous hue and call to explain his relationships with terrorists, radical preachers and priests and con men.

I mean, afterall in order to be considered as a legitimate candidate for the president of this great United States you have to be a natural born citizen of this country. It's a simple rule... a simple and safe requirement. If you aren't a natural born citizen of this fine country then you cannot run for the presidency.

So, if you are who you claim to be and are truly legitimate you shouldn't have a problem complying with such a simple request. And while you're at it fill in the holes you have regarding the other issues too.
