Okay, maybe New York, Illinois (Chitcago primarily) and even Washington State (Seattle primarily).
30 yrs. old Ryan Flores is a wannabe, failed, would be robber who was prevented from robbing a Starbucks in Fresno, California by a 58 yrs. old good Samaritan, Cregg Jerri... a true HERO! Jerri, the Samaritan prevented the robbery, was stabbed in the neck by Flores, the wannabe robber in the process and Jerri subsequently wrestled the knife away from Flores, the puke. After acquiring the knife Jerri stabbed the puke Flores into submission with the maggot's own knife.
Now the wannabe failed robber Flores wants to sue Cregg Jerri, the Good Samaritan!
He'll probably win the lawsuit. After all, it is Californicatia.

Identical GPAs... they both share the award. End of story.
It's a great accomplishment for both and it SHOULD BE SHARED! But I guess in today's apologist world that ain't going to happen.
So the Black Valedictorian sues...
Jasmine Shepard and her family sue the school district and the school for having to share the school's Valedictorian award with a white girl who just happened to have the same accomplishments AND GPA!
I guess that's the latest source of income for those who feel they've been subjected to prejudicial treatment. They sue. It's the latest fad... it's what's done these days.
If you can't work, don't want to work, have no inclination to work... if you feel entitled or have no talent, no abilities, nothing other than being a certain gender or a having a particular sexual preference, or are of any particular ethnicity or belong to a certain religion and so on then I guess your only course of action is to sue someone, some entity for a living. Become the victim... not the cure, not the fix.
After all, there's going to be some attorney out there somewhere who's more than willing to make a lawsuit out of nothing so he or she can sponge some money, MOST of the money from the subsequent award that just might be dished out these days.
It's a given... there's no such thing as justice or frivolous lawsuits these days. We've become a nation of hosts and parasites.
More parasites than hosts it seems.

Racist professor gets jerked from teaching for awhile at least.
The school must be pretty liberal to not fire the woman after the race baiting rant she went on. I mean, if I did this I'd have been not only fired but disgraced and banned by the whole "higher education" community.
She hasn't been. Instead she's been suspended.
Oh, but wait. She's a liberal , BLACK "professor"!
That makes a difference I guess. She'll probably be back from the suspension. And when she returns she can rant and rave all she wants to re: black lives matter and their ban on allowing whites to attend the BLM functions including at least the black lives matter’s all-black Memorial Day celebration. I'm pretty sure that if they allow her to return (and they most likely will to avoid a lawsuit) she'll pretty much have a free rein to say what she wants.
I guess this racism claim seems to only go one way. Black lives matter but white lives? Nahh. Not so much.
