When I parted ways with my Catholic upbringing I simply didn't look back at those things. <BR/><BR/>I guess I'm a bit like you in the sense that I enjoy the stories as just that... stories. I write this kind of stuff tongue in cheek..I am not a believer but I do read the Old Testament because some of it is the greatest prose and poetry ever written. And it has it all..law, adventure, wars, violence, raw sex, adultery, and incest.
